1. The Questions: Every Friday, like clockwork, you'll receive an email with four essential questions. These questions are designed to make you reflect on the past week, zero in on what's working (and what isn't), and map out your plan for the week ahead. It’s all about turning your to-do list into a done list, with the kind of consistent reflection that drives real business growth.
2. Your Answers: You’ll reply with your insights and game plan by Monday. This reflection is where the magic happens—clients often find the simple act of responding brings the most clarity and accountability.
3. Our Response: By the following Tuesday at noon EST, you’ll get personalized feedback that’s sharp, strategic, and straight to the point. No fluff, just the kind of tailored advice that cuts through the noise and helps you focus on what will actually move the needle in your business.
4. Optional follow-up: You can reply to our feedback if it helps you process, but it’s not required, and we won’t respond again until the next Friday email. This structured format ensures you get the most out of each exchange without overwhelming you or cluttering up your inbox.

• Is there a commitment? Yes, we require a 3-month commitment to ensure you get the full benefit of this structured, consistent coaching and give us both plenty of time to identify trends, patterns and habits.
